Inspire is a student-initiated project raising awareness and funds for The Straits Times School Pocket Money Fund. The project is a Young ChangeMakers project, supported by the Ministry of Community Development, Youth and Sports and the National Youth Council. It is also a project supported by the Citibank-YMCA Youth For Causes programme, organised by Citibank and the YMCA of Singapore, sponsored by the Citigroup Foundation and an event of the President’s Challenge.

The Inspire project has been part of the Citibank-YMCA Youth For Causes programme since 2004. In its first year, the project raised $21,000 for Child @ Street 11, while Inspire ‘05 and Inspire '06 raised $31,500 and $100,000 respectively for the School Pocket Money Fund.
